All forms to be returned by 1st May 2012. All passes will be sent out two weeks before the show. Late entries cannot be guaranteed show plaque or place in the programme.
Exhibitors may arrive from the Friday before the show. There are toilets on site.
Beer tent and entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights
The organisers understand there are occasions when a booked in exhibit is unable to attend. If this is the case we would appreciate it if exhibitors informed us of this before the show. Due to increased numbers of no shows this has become necessary to avoid refusing entry to late exhibits. If you do not have an exhibit or have paid for trade space you will be expected to pay the daily entrance fee and will not be allowed to camp on the show site. Please contact the organisers if you wish to camp in the car park (this must be pre arranged)
You may camp behind your exhibit < please state your pitch size of caravan or tent etc > if booked on your form, but please be aware that space is restricted and any gaps will be filled. Please check your camping space with organisers before setting up.
All participants in arena displays must attend the safety briefings at 10am on both days. No under 16's are permitted to take part in live fire displays.
Exhibitors may sell fire service items in front of their pitch. A donation to the charity would be appreciated. All other items being sold must be booked in and paid for as a trade stall via Linda.
Water pipe for drinking is situated at the top left hand corner by the river and bridge to the farm
The show commitee reserve the right to refuse entry to the show.
There will be an elsan behind the tower for caravan toilets only <do not empty in to portaloos please >
Please clear your pitch when leaving as animals live in the field when we do not. Exhibitors are welcome to stay on Sunday night but must vacate the site by midday on Monday.
